Ingredients for one drink 2 Parts white rum 1 Part lime Soda 4 Big mint leaves 5 Ice cubes 1 Slice of lemon 1 Small spoon of sugar 1 Part = 25 ml Conversions Table

Place the mint leaves and sugar in a highball glass. Pur a few drops of rum and smash the leaves. Place the ice cubes in the glass, the rum and lime. Fill up with Soda, Decorate with a slice of lemon and enjoy.
