American Apple Pie

Ingredients
2 tea cups flour
250gr. margarin
6 spoons water
8-10 apples
1/2 tea cup black sugar
1/2 tea cup white sugar
1/2 spoon cinnamon
1 egg crocus

Place the flour and margarine in a bowl. Mix it with a fork while slowly adding the water. Keep mixing until the mixture does not stick on the bowl. Split the mixture in half. Place on baking paper and spread each part. Each part should be 1/5 inch thick. Place one part in a buttered pan. Mix the black and white sugar, take half of mixture and sprinkle the pastry in the pan. Thinly slice the apples and spread in the pan. Sprinkle with the rest of the sugar mixture and the cinnamon and place the second part of pastry on top. Use a fork to connect the two parts at the edge of the pan. Stir the egg crocus and spread on top. Pierce the top with a fork randomly a few times and place in a preheat oven for 1 1/2 hours.
